Connect’s Fiber Optic In-Line Splice Closure Series is made of rugged, environmentally-resistant molded plastic and utilizes grommet sealing technology which makes these optical fiber splice closures ideal for outside plant (OSP) aerial and below ground applications. The FIC-B4 series is specially designed for FTTH where a multi-branching installation is required by using an Expansion/Mid Plate for increasing core capacity. The closure has been developed to facilitate loop-thru (Mid-Span), branch and multiple drop cables distributions while providing easy and reliable installation for any environmental condition.

• The closure has a flash test air valve on its cover for seal verifications by checking air pressure drop.
• Accommodates loose buffer tube, ribbon fiber types, mechanical splice and micro-splitter applications.
