The Connect Fiber 1-Way Duct Joint Closure is designed for quick and easy installation for 1-Way microduct joints and repair. The design enables excellent mechanical protection and is rated for IP 68 water tightness. The 1-Way duct joint is intended to be installed in handholds or direct buried. It is re-enterable for easy re-configuration and/or repair.
The 1-Way duct-microduct joint/repair closure consists of piece of duct shaped body and two flexible reducing duct couplers. The couplers are secured onto the body and the duct with the included cable straps. Included in the kit is the bonding hardware to allow for tracer wire continuity.
