1RU Plastic Splice and Patch Swing Out Panel

1RU-SOP Plastic Splice & Patch Swing Out Panel/Shelf is used for applications where rack space is limited and composite plastic is preferred over steel or powder coated aluminum. The unit allows the connection of up to 48 fibers per unit and is compatible with both 19" and ETSI racks. Cables enter at the rear of the shelf on the left hand side and pigtails exit the unit from the front face. The light weight product is easy to install with builtin fiber management.

• Cables anchor on the rear of the unit using a cable anchor plate supplied.
• Unit manufactured from high strength fire retardant composite plastic for a light weight solution.
• All fibres are positively managed to a 30mm minimum bend radius.
• Shelf pivots out to for access to the splice tray and pigtail area.
• Shelf can be used as a patch only solution and allows excess cable lengths to be stored.
• The shelf offers the ability to terminate up to 2 cables and allows through splicing of fibres.
• Compatible with blown fibre cables using a Blown Fibre Manifold. The manifold enables up to 6 blown fibre tubes to be routed to a single shelf.
• Available in 2 colours: Standard Grey (RAL 7035) and black.
