COVID-19 Update

Connect Continues to Operate as an Essential Service for our Customers

Effective at midnight Tuesday Mar 24th, the Ontario government issued a 14 day closure of non-essential business in an effort to keep people home and slow the spread of Covid-19. Given the importance of the products Connect provides the telecommunications industry, we will remain open while monitoring our business practices to ensure the safety of our team. We are restricting the travel of our outside sales team to their home offices and although they may not be on-site, they will continue to be accessible via cell and email to support your operations. Our dedicated office & warehouse staff are practicing all recommended protective measures while we work to fulfill orders.

As we are all painfully aware, the Covid-19 epidemic is causing both local and global turmoil. The current flow of products worldwide is seeing ups and downs due to border restrictions and manufacturing shutdowns and will continue to be a global concern. Connect has been able to maintain our inventory levels based on our strong manufacturing partnerships and have not seen significant flow reductions at this time. We aim to continue our current higher inventory levels per our strategic plan for spring/summer installations. Our ongoing commitment to you is to be a valued long-term strategic business partner, a role we take very seriously.

We appreciate your continued support and partnership as we both face the current rapidly changing global and local environment. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation with guidance from governmental and health authorities, as the safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers remains our top priority.

Stay safe,

Timothy Breadner
President
